Shipping Polic – Equipment

At CDHORIZON Equipment, we understand the importance of reliable and timely shipping for the construction equipment and trailers you purchase from us. We offer Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipping, meaning your shipment will be transported alongside other cargo to maximize efficiency and reduce costs. Below are the terms and conditions of our LTL shipping policy:

Freight Charges and Payment:

All freight charges are quoted individually based on the customer’s location, product dimensions, and requested delivery time. Customers are required to pay in full before the equipment is released and shipped.

Unloading Fees:

Unloading fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We will assist customers in finding unloading solutions; however, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a safe and suitable unloading site. Any additional costs associated with unloading, such as forklift or crane rental fees, shall be borne by the customer.

Delivery and Inspection:

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and the schedules of our shipping partners. We will inform customers of the estimated delivery time after order confirmation. We will also provide the shipping company with an on-site contact number to coordinate with them as they approach the delivery location. Upon unloading, the customer or their authorized representative must be present at the delivery site to receive the goods and sign the bill of lading.

Product Damage:

If any damage occurs during transit, it is the responsibility of the recipient to take photographs and note the damage on the bill of lading. This is critical for insurance and warranty purposes, as it will enable us to file a claim on your behalf. If damage is not noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery, we may deny any claims.

We take every precaution to ensure your products are delivered in optimal condition. However, if damage occurs during shipping, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
