Shipping Polic – Equipment

At Hongxin Construction & Development, we understand the importance of reliable and timely shipping of construction equipment and trailers purchased from us. We offer Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipping, meaning your goods will be shipped alongside other freight to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Below are the terms and conditions of our LTL shipping policy:

Freight and Payment:

All freight rates are quoted individually based on the customer's location, product size, and requested delivery time. Full payment is due before the equipment is released and shipped.

Unloading Fees:

Unloading fees are the buyer's responsibility. We will assist customers in finding unloading options. However, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure a safe and suitable unloading location. Any additional costs associated with unloading, such as forklift or crane rental, are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery and Inspection:

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and the arrangements with our shipping partners. Upon order confirmation, we will inform the customer of the estimated delivery time. We will also provide the shipping company with a live contact number so they can coordinate with us when they are near the delivery location. Upon unloading, the customer or their authorized representative must receive the goods and sign the bill of lading at the delivery location.

Product Damage:

If any damage occurs during shipping, the recipient is responsible for taking photos and noting this on the bill of lading. This is essential for insurance and warranty purposes, as it allows us to file a claim on your behalf. If any damage is not noted on the bill of lading upon delivery, we may deny any claim.

We take every precaution to ensure your product is delivered in optimal condition. However, if damage occurs during shipping, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
