How can I track my order?

Once the part has been shipped, we will include the tracking number in an email. You can track your order using the tracking number provided by the carrier.

What is the return and refund policy for items sold by CDHORIZON?

All returns must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date. Once a return request is approved, the items must be shipped back to CDHORIZON with prepaid shipping. A 5% restocking fee will apply to all returns, except those due to CDHORIZON order or product errors, or manufacturer defects. For more details, please refer to our refund policy page.
