What equipment types are supported?

CDHORIZON sells scissor lifts, boom lifts, towing boom lifts, telehandlers, telehandler attachments, vertical mast lifts, and related parts for various types of equipment.

How do I know if this item is in stock?

Due to current global supply chain challenges, some equipment and parts may be out of stock. To confirm availability, please feel free to contact us by email or phone.

Does CDHORIZON carry genuine OEM parts?

We are an OEM dealer for Genie, JLG, Skyjack, and Haulotte. We also offer aftermarket parts. Most orders ship with OEM parts.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. Due to custom logistics requirements, please contact us for a quote for shipping to your country. You can contact us anytime by email or phone.

What is the return and refund policy for CDHORIZON sales?

All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice issuance. Once approved, the return must be returned to CDHORIZON, shipping prepaid. All returns, except those due to CDHORIZON order or product errors or manufacturer defects, are subject to a 5% restocking fee per item. Please see our Refund Policy page for more details.

On average, how long does shipping take?

Most parts ship on the same day. The average delivery time is 10-15 business days.
