General Returns: All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice issuance.Please note that this refund policy applies only to parts purchases. Refunds are not available for equipment purchases.

General Returns: All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice issuance. Returns must be accompanied by an issued return authorization number and must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the return authorization number. Special order products cannot be returned once ordered. Returns must be shipped prepaid to CDHORIZON.

Except for returns involving CDHORIZON orders or product errors, all returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee per item.Items damaged by corrosive materials, abuse, modification, or misuse will not be refunded.

Before returning any item to CDHORIZON, you must obtain a return authorization number from our Sales/Customer Service Department.
