Terms, Policies and Pricing


Defective merchandise returned will be fully tested and inspected. CDHORIZON will (at its sole discretion) repair or replace any merchandise verified as defective, free of charge, or provide a full refund for the defective merchandise (including shipping costs). Defective merchandise returned that is determined to be in working order will be subject to a testing fee and a 25% restocking fee per unit. Merchandise damaged by corrosive materials, abuse, modification, or misapplication will not be refunded. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from your Sales/Customer Service Department before returning any merchandise to CDHORIZON.


Your request must include: 1. Part number and description  2. Reason for return  3. Order number


Under no circumstances will Buyer sell, lease, use, transfer, release, import, export, or re-export the Products in violation of any applicable laws, regulations, orders, or requirements. Buyer hereby agrees that it will not transfer, export, or re-export the Products and related technology except in compliance with all applicable Chinese export control and sanctions laws, regulations, and administrative orders. Export or re-export to parties that have been denied export privileges or prohibited from engaging in export transactions is prohibited. Export or re-export to embargoed and sanctioned countries is prohibited unless authorized by Chinese regulatory licensing authorities.


Violations of any Chinese export laws, sanctions, and regulations may result in the Seller's termination of this Agreement, including any business arrangement or relationship with the Buyer. If the Buyer takes any action that results in a violation of applicable export controls or sanctions, the Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Seller from and against any damages, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the Buyer's actions or omissions.
